What is your normal turnaround time?
Our general turnaround time is 5-10 business days, beginning upon receipt of your final artwork files, garment order, and 50% deposit. We do offer rush turnaround for additional fees. Be sure to let us know if you have a specific deadline and we will quote you accordingly.
We print each job in the order that they are received. We can rush your Job if needed, but that will incur a fee. The severity of the rush and quantity reflects the severity of the fee.
Do you have a price list that you could send us?
Sorry, not at this time. Based on the quantity, colors, sizes and prints every order is different in labor and price. So we quote every order by email, unless you choose one of the preset packages we have available.
What type of Artwork file is best for me to send you?
A vector illustrator Ai file is always best and preferred, But send us what you have and we can go from there.
What if i do not have artwork? Can you create it for me?
Yes, if you do not have any art/design/logo we can create one for you.
Can you print just one shirt for me?
Unfortunately, we cannot. The set up process for screen printing is a large process dealing with light sensitive chemicals, films, and more. So we have a minimum of 36 pieces required for orders.
Are there any price breaks if I order a larger quantity?
Yes, the higher the quantity the lower the print price goes. Our garment price breaks are as follows: 4 dozen, 9 dozen, 17 dozen, 34 dozen, 59 dozen.
Do you provide the garments, or can I provide my own?
We work with several wholesale distributors to source garments at their best available price. It is advantageous and cost effective to let us help you source your garments, however, you are more than welcome to provide your own.
Can I print over seams, hems, pockets or across zippers?
No. We ask for .25-1” clearance from all seams to avoid uncontrollable results.
